WHEN: SATURDAY AUGUST 31 2024

START TIME: We have 5 waves (1:30pm, 1:50pm, 2:10pm, 2:30pm, 2:50pm) to ensure participants are spaced out and can enjoy the full tasting experience.

START LOCATION: Cherry Point Vineyard

DISTANCE: 13.5km run starting at Cherry Point Vineyard to Rocky Creek to Venturi Schulze finishing at Blue Grouse Winery. There is a time cut-off after Rocky Creek of 4:00pm where we will direct you straight to Blue Grouse, missing Venturi Schulze.

WHATS INCLUDED: Wine samples at each of the four wineries, and a fully catered picnic dinner (by Food For Thought Catering) and of course more wine at Blue Grouse Winery. Souvenir ON Bag.

TRANSPORTATION:

There is no transportation to & from Victoria, or between the wineries. All participants must arrange their own transportation. Vehicles cannot be left inside the Cherry Point gates as they will be locked by 5pm. Vehicles can be left on the road if needed but we recommend carpooling to reduce the number of vehicles and our carbon footprint :)

BOTTLE SERVICE: We know that when you sample wine at each winery you may want to purchase a bottle to take with you. We've got you covered. We will have volunteers at each winery that will package up all your wine purchases at each winery and transport them back to the final winery for you to grab after the event.

REFUNDS: No refunds for any reason. No exceptions. Sorry.
